摘 要:随着计算机技术和大数据技术的飞速发展,以深度学习(deep learning,DL)为代表的人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术逐渐应用于疾病的诊疗。在消化内科领域,DL在消化道息肉和早癌、肿瘤、溃疡性结肠炎、脂肪肝、肝脏及胰腺肿块等疾病的识别与鉴别、诊断及病情判断预测等方面应用成效斐然,不仅明显提高了疾病诊断准确度,而且能有效预测疾病对治疗措施的反应,为临床诊疗提供决策依据。本文就DL在消化系统疾病诊疗中的应用和展望作一概述。With the rapid development of computer technology and big data technology,artificial intelligence(AI)technology represented by deep learning(DL)is gradually applied to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.In the field of digestive diseases,DL is successfully applied in the recognition and identification,diagnosis,and condition judgment prediction of digestive tract polyps and early cancer,cancer,ulcerative colitis,fatty liver,liver and pancreas tumor,etc,not only can obviously increase the diagnostic accuracy,and can effectively predict disease responds to treatment,provides the decision-making basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviewed the application and prospect of DL in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases.
