摘  要:士官任职培训的性质决定了教学工作要以学员胜任岗位、完成工作任务为根本出发点和目的.由于士官学员在文化基础、实践经验和技能要求等方面有自己的特点,传统的学历教育、职业教育等顺向教学模式对于其任职培训在一定程度上或某些细节上并不适用.案例逆向教学通过任务的直观呈现、案例的具体表现、过程的自然展现等,能够最大限度地激发学员的学习积极性,有效确保教与学的目标一致性.在简要分析士官培训特点的基础上,通过对逆向教学内涵的阐述、对案例教学的优势分析,详细说明了科学谋划案例逆向教学应采取的步骤方法及实施中的注意事项,结合专业方向和典型案例的逆向设计说明了具体教学步骤,提出合理化建议.Tlhe nature of the training of non-commissioned officers determines that the basic starting point and purpose of teaching work is to train students to be competent and complete their tasks.Due to their own characteristics in cultural basis,practical experience and skill requirements,the traditional consequent teaching modes such as academic education and vocational education are not applicable to their on-the-job training to some extent or in some details.The case reverse teaching can stimulate the students'learning enthusiasm to the greatest extent and effectively ensure the consistency of the teaching and leaming objectives,through the intuitive presenta-tion of the task,the concrete performance of the case,and the natural presentation of the process.Based on a brief amalysis of the characteristics of the training of non commissioned officers,this paper,through the elaboration of the connotation of reverse teaching and the analysis of the advantages of case teaching,explains in details the steps and methods that should be taken in the scientific planmning of case reverse teaching and the precautions in the implementation,explains the specific teaching steps in combination with the professional direction and the reverse design of typical cases,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
