摘　　要：高校意识形态工作是国家意识形态工作的重要组成部分,是关乎高校对青年人的培养引导、国家的长治久安和中华民族未来发展的大事情。本文从高校意识形态工作的现状为着眼点,分析存在的挑战,探讨有效的对策,希望对于加强和完善高校意识形态工作、科学培养有思想的青年人提供一定的参考。The ideological work in colleges and universities is the important component of the national ideological work,which is related to the training and guidance of young people in colleges and universities,the long-term stability of the country and the future development of the Chinese nation.Starting from the present situation of ideological work in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the existing challenges and probes into effective countermeasures in the hope that we can provide a certain reference for strengthening and perfecting the ideological work in colleges and universities,and scientific training of thoughtful young people.
