摘  要:针对近年来网络对青少年和高校教师极端社会现象的报导,通过对目前高校师生的身心健康问题的分析,提出教育的初心问题。并指出学习传统文化,用于指导日常生活思想行为是解决这一问题,并带来身心健康、心灵充实的必要之路。In response to network reports on extreme social phenomena of young people and college teachers in recent years,this paper puts forward the issue of the original intention of education by analyzing physical and mental health of college teachers and students.In addition,it points out that learning traditional culture and using it to guide our thoughts and behaviors in daily life is the necessary way to solve this problem and bring about physical and mental health and spiritual enrichment.
