摘　　要：文章以东北大学自动化专业教学团队建设为背景,探索“思业互融共促”学习共同体建设,打造结构合理、师德高尚、业务精湛、作风过硬、具有创新精神和发展意识的高素质专业化创新型的教学团队,实现思想政治教育与专业教育的互融共促,提高教师家国情怀和责任意识,提升教师专业水平和教学技能,助力“双一流”建设。Based on the background of the teaching team construction of automation specialty in Northeast University,this paper innovatively studies and practices the construction of learning community of"integration of thought and work",builds a high-quality professional and innovative teaching team with reasonable structure,noble teachers'ethics,excellent professional skills,excellent style,innovative spirit and development consciousness,realizes the integration of ideological and political education and professional education,enhances teachers'national feelings and sense of responsibility,upgrades teachers'professional level and teaching skills,and promotes the construction of"double first-class".
