摘　　要：针对老年医学人才紧缺的现状,加强老年医学研究生教育迫在眉睫。本文分析老年医学青年教师师德师风的现状,通过“大师引领,专业传承”为纽带的师德师风教育和共性问题为导向的师生“智力众筹”实践活动等,积极探索青年临床教师的师德师风教育路径。In view of the shortage of geriatric talents,it is urgent to strengthen geriatric postgraduate education.This paper analyzes the current situation of geriatric young teachers'ethics,and actively explores the construction path of young clinical teachers'ethics,which includes teachers'ethics education directed by"masters'guidance and professional inheritance",the practice of"intelligence crowdfunding"for teachers and students oriented by common problems,and etc.
