摘　　要：建立全科医生制度是保障和改善城乡居民健康的迫切需要,全科医生是综合程度较高的医学人才,被称为居民健康的“守门人”。本文对“3+2”助理全科医生培养模式进行研究和探讨,构建基本框架,并就内涵建设、保障措施等方面作了较为深入的探讨。The establishment of a general practitioner system is an urgent need to protect and improve the health of urban and rural residents.General practitioners are highly integrated medical talents and are called"gatekeepers"of residents'health.This paper studies and discusses the training model of"3+2"assistant general practitioners,constructs the basic framework,and makes an in-depth discussion on the connotation construction and safeguard measures.
