摘　　要：随着社会的发展,老龄化社会早已悄然而至,随之而生的养老服务产业也蓬勃发展,中药药膳在老年人的康复保健中有很大的作用,因此老年人对中药药膳的需求也越来越大,特别是失能老人群体,他们身体机能下降,行动不便,难以自主摄取食物,因此很容易出现营养不良的状况,从而引发一系列的并发症。文章主要通过研究国内外失能老人尤其是卧床老人及鼻饲老人的营养膳食现状以及中药药膳的营养膳食价值,以探讨中药药膳在失能老人营养膳食中发挥的重要作用。With the development of the society,the aging society has already come quietly,and the pension service industry is booming.Traditional Chinese medicine diet plays a great role in the rehabilitation and health care of the elderly.Therefore,the demand of traditional Chinese medicine diet for the elderly is also growing,especially for the disabled elderly.Their physical function is declining,their movement is inconvenient,and they have difficulty in eating food independently,so it is easy to lead to the malnutrition situation,which causes a series of problems.This paper mainly studies the nutritional status of disabled elderly people at home and abroad,especially the bedridden elderly and the elderly fed by nose,and the nutritional value of traditional Chinese medicine diet,in order to explore the important role of traditional Chinese medicine diet in the nutritional diet for disabled elderly people.
