摘　　要：高等职业院校毕业生就业状况能够直接反映出毕业生培养质量能否满足社会经济发展需求,同时也对一流高职院校建设工作产生着至关重要的影响[1],因此,构建毕业生就业状况监测联动预警机制,对于推动高职院校、区域经济以及毕业生职业生涯发展具有重要意义。本文在对高职毕业生就业监测及预警机制概念、构建必要性以及作用做出分析的基础上,对其构建策略进行了研究与探讨。The employment situation of graduates in higher vocational colleges can directly reflect whether the quality of graduate training can meet the needs of social and economic development,and at the same time has a vital impact on the construction of first-class higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a monitoring and linkage early warning mechanism for the monitoring and early warning of graduates'employment status in higher vocational colleges,regional economy and the development of graduates'career.Based on the analysis of the concept,the necessity and the function of employment monitoring and early warning mechanism for higher vocational graduates,this paper studies and discusses the construction strategy of the monitoring and linkage early warning mechanism.
