摘　　要：信息化教学能力的提升是职业院校教师面临的一个重要的问题,依据《国家职业教育改革实施方案》对职业教育教学改革的要求,我们制定培训计划开展了几万名教师的信息化教学能力提升培训,对教师培训中的突出问题做了一些探索,积累了培训经验,为今后的职业院校教师能力提升培训开拓了一条途径。The promotion of information-based teaching ability is an important problem faced by vocational college teachers.According to the requirements of the national vocational education reform implementation plan for the vocational education reform,we have formulated a training plan to carry out the training of tens of thousands of teachers for the promotion of information-based teaching ability.We have made some explorations on the problems in teacher training and have accumulated some training experience for the future improvement of the training of teachers in vocational colleges.
