摘　　要：学科竞赛是人才培养最直接、最有效的模式。学科竞赛是具有很强实践性的社会综合体系的竞技比赛,它通过竞赛主题内容,展现学校人才培养的课程体系和教学模式,也是检验各高校人才培养的一种方式。通过对人才培养模式的构建,结合学科竞赛方式改革教学体系,达到提高综合应用型人才的培养目标。Discipline competition is the most direct and effective model of training talents.Discipline competition has the characteristic of strong practice.It shows the course system and teaching model of talent training though competition theme and content,and it is a training method of college talent training in all colleges and universities.The construction of talent training model and the teaching reform through discipline competition can improve the training aim of improving comprehensive applied talent.
