发展心理学原理对大学生心理健康教育的启示

摘　　要：处于青年早期的大学生心理发育还不够成熟,在面对学业、人际关系、两性交往、情绪调节、自我认识等人生课题时会充满困惑和烦恼,而引发各种心理问题。基于发展心理学关于个体心理发展的观点和原理,对大学生的心理健康教育进行研究,提出应引导学生建立正确认知,排除心理困扰,维护个体心理健康。The psychological development of college students in their early youth is not mature enough,and they will be full of confusion and trouble when facing life topics such as study,interpersonal relationship,gender communication,emotional regulation and self-knowledge,which will cause various psychological problems.Based on the development of ideas about individual psychological development and psychological theories,this paper studied the mental health education of College students,and puts forward a view.which is mental health education should guide students build correct recognition,eliminate psymchological distress and maintenance of individual mental health.
