摘  要:核医学是一门涉及多个领域的新兴的临床交叉学科,具有较强的专业性,住院医师规范化培训(住培)在核医学专科医师的成长历程中发挥重要作用。目前核医学专业住培中存在着一些问题,主要有:核医学专业人才匮乏、放射免疫分析及一些核素显像受其他专业挑战、住培医师基础较差、传统核医学教学方法陈旧、医学人文教育及辐射安全教育欠缺等,通过加强核医学基础及其基地自身建设,利用PACS系统改变教学模式,促进教学方法改进,注重辐射安全、提升核医学带教老师和规范化培训医师的人文素养等一系列措施,从而促进核医学住培教学的提高,为将住院医师培养成为能独立、规范地承担本专业常见多发疾病的临床医师奠定一定基础。Nuclear medicine is a new interdisciplinary subject of clinical medicine and with an exclusive practice,which involves many fields.Standardized training of residents plays an important role in the growth process of nuclear medicine specialists.The problems of standardized residency training in nuclear medicine are explored in this study,mainly including shortage of nuclear medicine talents,radioimmunoassay and some nuclide imaging challenged by other examinations,poor knowledge of nuclear medicine,outdated teaching methods,deficiency of humanistic education and radiation safety education,and so on.A series of measures,such as enhancing the theoretical knowledge of nuclear medicine residents and the construction of standardized resident training center,using PACS system to change teaching mode,improving teaching methods,strengthening radiation protection and to improving humanistic literacy of teacher and residents,can improve the level of standardized resident training,and lay a certain foundation for doctor of standardized residency training who will deal with the common disease independently and normatively in their field.
