摘 要:为了降低表贴式永磁同步电机气隙磁通密度波形畸变率,提出了一种准确、快速优化磁极形状的解析计算方法。推导并优化了磁极磁动势、极间磁动势和气隙磁导函数,建立了磁极偏心结构磁场解析计算模型。基于该解析模型计算分析了一台8极36槽表贴式永磁同步电机空载气隙磁通密度和线空载反电动势等电磁参数,并通过有限元法进行了仿真验证。结果显示,该解析计算与有限元计算结果相吻合,表明该方法具有一定的实际应用价值。在确定最小气隙长度前提下,通过对永磁体端部厚度的参数化设计,得到了理想的气隙磁密、线空载反电动势以及齿槽转矩性能参数。为表贴式永磁同步电机磁极形状优化设计提供了参考。In order to reduce magnetic flux density waveform distortion rate in the air gap of the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM),an analytical method of optimizing the pole shape accurately and quickly was presented.The magnetomotive force,the magnetomotive force function between poles,and air gap permeability calculation function were derived and optimized.A magnetic field analytical model on the eccentric structure magnet was established.Based on this analytical model,the electromagnetic parameters on the no-load air gap magnetic flux density and the no-load line back electromagnetic force(EMF)of an 8-pole 36-slot SPMSM were calculated and verified by the FEM.The results show that the two calculation methods were consistent and had certain practical application value.Under the premise of determining the minimum length of air gap,through the parametric design of the thickness of the ends of the PM,the optimized air gap magnetic density,the no-load line back EMF and the cogging torque performance parameters were obtained.The method provides reference for optimization design of the magnetic pole shape of SPMSM.
