摘　　要：教师人格魅力对我国高等教育事业发展具有不可替代的作用。文章提出了高校理工科青年教师提升自身人格魅力的必要性,并给出培养坚定的政治信念、具备渊博的专业知识、练就过硬的教学能力、敢于适当的批评惩戒等四条具体措施,促使高校理工科青年教师努力提升人格魅力,提高课堂教学质量,推进我国高等教育事业不断向前发展。Personality charm of teachers has an irreplaceable role in the development of higher education.In this paper,the necessity of improving personality charm of young teachers of science and engineering in universities is proposed,and four specific measures have been given,including cultivating firm ideals and beliefs,having profound professional knowledge,practicing excellent teaching ability and daring to criticize and punish appropriately,in order to encourage young teachers of science and engineering in universities to improve personality charm,consequently promoting the classroom teaching quality and the development of higher education in China.
