摘　　要：针灸实训作为针灸推拿专业的一门重要临床手法技能实训课程,按照“解构工作、重构学习”的要求,对针灸临床岗位典型工作任务分析,确定课程教学内容,重构课程实训教学项目。文章以湖南中医药高等专科学校针灸推拿专业课程为例,提出针灸实训技能操作类课程的思政元素与融入路径。Acupuncture and moxibustion training,as an important training course of clinical skills in acupuncture and massage specialty,analyzes the typical work tasks of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical posts,determines the teaching content of the course and reconstructs the teaching items of the course according to the requirements of"deconstructing work and reconstructing learning".Taking the course of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper puts forward the integration path of ideological and political elements with Acupuncture and Moxibustion training course.
