摘　　要：自2016年提出新工科概念后,从“复旦共识”“天大行动”到“北京指南”,教育部先后发布了一系列的新工科项目,旨在推进新工科建设,强调学科交叉融合,促进理工结合、工工交叉、工文渗透。建设和发展新工科已经成了社会经济发展的现实需求,是深化高校工程教育范式的改革。文章对高校计算机基础教育的现状进行了分析和研究,探讨了在新工科背景下计算机基础教育的一些改革措施。Since the concept of emerging engineering was put forward in 2016,the construction and development of emerging engineering has become the demand of social and economic development,which is to deepen the reform of engineering education paradigm in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of basic computer education in colleges and universities,and probes into some reform measures of basic computer education under the background of emerging engineering.
