摘　　要：天津海运职业学院制冷与空调技术专业以产教双赢为目的的顶岗实习岗位开发,大幅度提升学生实习专业对口率。顶岗实习与毕业设计一体化教学模式的创立,将毕业设计与学生顶岗实习过程紧密联系,加强毕业设计与实习岗位的结合,引导学生选择有企业应用价值的题目,具有实际借鉴意义。The refrigeration and air conditioning technology specialty of Tianjin Maritime College carries out the development of the on-post internship with the win-win purpose of production and education,and greatly improves the corresponding rate of student internship and specialty.The establishment of the integrated teaching model of on-post internship and graduation design will closely integrate the graduation design with the student internship process,strengthen the combination of graduation design and internship position,guide students to choose valuable and meaningful topics.It has practical significance and practical value.
