摘　　要：随着当前互联网环境日益复杂深刻的变化和"00后"大学生的新文化新特点,高校辅导员的网络素养和网络育人能力面临越来越大的考验。该文结合对沪上高校辅导员的调研结果,分析当前辅导员网络素养的真实状况与问题,并从高校层面、学术界层面和辅导员层面提出相应的对策和建议。With the increasingly complex and profound changes of the current Internet environment and the new cultural characteristics of"post-00s"college students,college counselors'network literacy and network education ability are facing more and more tests.Based on the research results of college counselors in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the real situation and problems of current network literacy of college counselors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of colleges,academia and counselors.
