摘  要:新工科倡导需求牵引学科、资源、机制和体系交叉融合。在新工科背景下,融合多学科对复合型工程人才培养进行立体式教学改革并借助多学科交融环境的协调功能实现理工科专业教学过程中对学生创新和实践能力的重点培养显得尤为重要。通过工程人才培养模式的探索与研究以多学科交融下的功能材料专业典型课程为底层基石,以校企研相结合的具体实施方案为中层线路,以搭建多学科交叉融合型工程人才培养理念为顶层架构,构建了功能材料专业多学科交叉融合的工程人才培养模式。The emerging engineering advocates the cross-integration of demand-oriented disciplines,resources,mechanisms and systems.Under the background of emerging engineering,it is very important to realize the key cultivation of students'innovation and practical ability in the teaching process of science and engineering specialty with the help of the coordination function of multi-disciplinary blended teaching environment.Through the exploration and research of engineering personnel training model,the typical courses of functional materials specialty under multi-disciplinary blended teaching are taken as the base stone,the concrete implementation plan of combining school and enterprise research is taken as the middle-level line,and the multi-disciplinary cross-integration engineering talents training is taken as the concept of top-level structure to construct the personnel training model of functional materials specialty.
