摘 要:基于一台双喷射汽油原型机,开展了点火正时对双喷射稀燃的燃烧特性和颗粒物排放特性的研究。实验结果表明:随着点火正时的提前,燃烧相位提前,缸压与放热率峰值上升,燃烧波动减小,缸内燃烧得到优化,相对于原机直喷燃烧模式最终取得了8.8%的节油效果。不同点火正时会影响颗粒物粒径的分布;颗粒物排放随着点火正时的提前而趋于洁净,在点火正时46°bTDC时,颗粒物数量(PN)相对于原机降低了84%,颗粒物质量(PM)降低了94%。Based on a dual-injection gasoline prototype,the combustion characteristics and the particulate matter emission characteristics of the dual injection lean combustion were studied. The experimental results show that,with the advance of spark timing,the combustion phase is advanced,the cylinder pressure and heat release rate rise,the combustion fluctuation is reduced,and the in-cylinder combustion is optimized. Compared with the direct injection combustion mode of original machine,an 8.8% fuel economy is achieved finally. In terms of particulate matter emission,spark timing would affect the particle size distribution,and the emission would be cleaner with the advance of spark timing. In the case of ST46bTDC,the particle number(PN)is reduced by 84% compared with the original machine,and the particle mass(PM)is reduced by 94%.
