摘 要:基于全球轻型车测试工况WLTC,对发动机在相同环境温度不同停机时间起动初始边界下的排放水平进行了试验研究,结果表明:随热机后停机时间的缩短,排放物总体呈现降低趋势;随停机时间的增加,发动机水温近线性化降低。催化剂床温初期降幅较大,后续逐渐减缓,1 h后催化剂床温开始低于起燃温度。进气温度呈现先升后降趋势,停机1.5 h,达到进气温度最高点,增幅30%;各起动初始边界下的排放水平呈现随初始温度的升高而降低,所有测试结果均满足法规要求。停机0.5 h的试验结果排放最好,相对20℃边界完全冷机后的试验结果 HC降低66%、CO降低46.4%、NOx降低68.4%、PN降低83.2%。Based on WLTC(Worldwide Light-duty Test Cycle)of the global light vehicle test condition,the emission level of engine under different engine soak time with the same climate cabin is studied. The results show that: ① the emission results show a decreasing trend along with shortened shutdown time after warm engine. ② the engine coolant temperature nearly decreases linearly with the increase of shutdown time,the catalyst temperature decreases greatly at the initial stage,and then slows down gradually,it starts to be lower than the light-off temperature after 1 hour. The intake air temperature shows a trend of rising at the begaining,and it reaches the peak point temperature after 1.5 hours,the growth rate is around30%. ③ the emission level under the initial boundary of each start-up decreases with the increasing of the initial temperature,all test results meet the requirements of the emisison legislation standards,and the test result of 0.5 hours soak time is the best one,HC reduced to 32%,CO reduced to 53.6%,NOx reduced to 31.6%,and PN decreased to 16.8%,which are compared with the test results of completely cold engine at 20℃.
