摘 要:目的:比较不同镍钛器械预备根管后根管偏移情况,为临床上选择合适的根管预备提供理论依据。方法:选取60颗离体牙随机分为A、B、C三组,A组采用Waveone gold机用镍钛锉预备根管,B组采用S3机用镍钛锉预备根管,C组采用ProTaper机用镍钛锉预备根管,比较三组根管偏移量和中心偏移率。结果:根管偏移量B组最小,中心偏移率B组最大,但三组根管偏移量和中心偏移率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Waveone gold、S3、Protaper机用镍钛锉预备根管,均能够维持根管原始走向,中心偏移率较低,在临床上需根据实际情况选择合适的器械进行根管预备。Objective:To compare the canal deviation of different nickel-titanium instruments after root canal preparation,and provide a theoretical basis for clinically appropriate root canal preparation.Methods:60 teeth were randomly divided into group A,B and C.Group A used Waveone gold machine to prepare the root canal,group B used S3 machine to prepare the root canal,and group C used ProTaper machine to prepare the root canal.And the root canal offset rate and central offset rate were compared.Results:The root canal offset amount was the smallest in group B,and the central offset rate was the largest in group B,but there was no significant difference in root canal offset and central offset rate between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Waveone gold,S3 and Protaper machines use nickel-titanium files to prepare the root canal,which can maintain the original orientation of the root canal and have a low center deviation rate.In the clinical setting,appropriate instruments should be selected for root canal preparation.
