摘　　要：采用文献资料等方法,揭示了农牧区藏族女性体育发展对藏区乡村振兴的促进作用,分析了在乡村振兴战略下安多藏区农牧区藏族女性体育发展现状、困境。结论:安多藏区农牧区藏族女性受教育程度较低,对体育活动认识有限;性别差异和传统文化束缚女性体育参与;经济发展滞后,政府服务职能缺失,体育资源配置不足;高原高寒环境影响体育参与的时间、项目和组织形式。建议:秉持“有限”政府价值基准,提高“善治”能力;保障体育专业人才队伍建设,完善外部动力机制;均衡相应机会,激发藏族女性体育参与的内部动力;把握政策机遇,制定体育发展的战略规划;以教育为依托,寻求藏族女性体育发展的新着力点;探索运动休闲产业化路径,为藏族女性体育事业发展孕育新动力。Using literature and other methods,it reveals the role of Tibetan women’s sports development in agricultural and pastoral areas in promoting rural revitalization in Tibet,and analyzes the current situation and dilemma of the development of Tibetan women’s sports in Anduo Tibetan areas under the strategy of rural revitalization.Conclusion:Tibetan women in the agricultural and pastoral areas of the Anduo Tibetan area have low education and limited awareness of sports activities;gender differences and traditional culture restrict women’s participation in sports;economic development is lagging,government service functions are lacking,and sports resources are insufficiently allocated;affect the time,project and organization form of sports participation.Suggestions:Adhere to the“limited”government value benchmark,improve“good governance”ability;guarantee the construction of sports professional talent team,improve the external power mechanism;balance social opportunities,stimulate the internal motivation of Tibetan women’s sports participation;seize policy opportunities and formulate sports development strategies planning;relying on education,seeking new focus for the development of Tibetan women’s sports;exploring the path of sports and leisure industrialization,and gestating a new driving force for the development of Tibetan women’s sports.
