解毒化痞膏肝区外敷联合肝病治疗仪治疗肝硬化门脉高压及肝脏硬度的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒化痞膏在肝区外敷联合肝病治疗仪照射治疗肝硬化门脉高压及肝脏硬度的临床疗效。方法:85例肝硬化门脉高压住院患者完全随机分为治疗组43例、对照组42例。治疗组是在西医常规治疗基础上给予解毒化痞膏肝区外敷联合DSG-I型肝病治疗仪治疗;对照组是在西医常规对症支持治疗基础上单独使用DSG-I型肝病治疗仪治疗。治疗前后运用彩色多普勒观察门脉血流动力学的变化,并观察患者的肝脏硬度变化情况,连续治疗2周。结果:两组经治疗后,治疗组门静脉主干内径、血流速度及门静脉血流量、肝功能、肝纤维化指标、临床症状改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后在肝脏硬度上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:解毒化痞膏联合肝病治疗仪治疗肝硬化门脉高压,降低门脉高压、促进门静脉血液循环,且简便效廉,无不良反应,但对肝脏硬度无明显改变。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of external application of Jiedu Huapi Gao(解毒化痞膏)in liver area plus treatment instrument on cirrhotic portal hypertension and liver stiffness.Methods:85 liver cirrhosis inpatient patients which were randomly divided into the treatment group(43 patients)and the control group(42 patients).The control group was given conventional Western medicine plus DSG-I liver disease treatment instrument,and the treatment group was given external application of the Jiedu Huapi Gao in liver area more,for 2 weeks.Results:After treatment,the inner diameter of the main portal vein,blood flow velocity,portal blood flow,liver function,liver fibrosis indexes and clinical symptoms in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver stiffness between before and after treatment in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Huapi Gao in liver area plus treatment instrument on cirrhotic portal hypertension shows good effects,can reduce portal hypertension,promote portal vein blood circulation,with no adverse reactions and no significant effect on liver stiffness.
