摘 要:目的分析CD105、凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(TSP-1)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达情况。方法选择我院2017年1月至2019年10月收治的60例膀胱移行细胞癌患者为研究对象,采集患者病灶组织标本,采用免疫组织化学SP法测定CD105、TSP-1表达水平。比较不同病理分级、不同分化程度的CD105、TSP-1表达水平,并分析CD105、TSP-1表达与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、分化程度的相关性。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者的CD105、TSP-1表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高分化患者的CD105表达水平低于低分化患者(P<0.05);高分化患者的TSP-1表达水平高于低分化患者(P<0.05)。CD105表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05);TSP-1表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级呈负相关,与分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论CD105、TSP-1表达与膀胱移行细胞癌患者的病理分级、癌细胞分化程度有关,可能参与膀胱移行细胞癌的进展过程。Objective To analyze the expression of CD105 and thrombospondin-1(TSP-1)in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods From January 2017 to October 2019,60 patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The focus tissue samples were collected,and the expression levels of CD105 and TSP-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.The expression levels of CD105 and TSP-1 in different pathological grades and different differentiation degrees were compared,and the correlation between the expression of CD105 and TSP-1 and the pathological grades and differentiation degrees of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were analyzed.Results The expression levels of CD105 and TSP-1 in patients with gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere significantly different(P<0.05).The expression level of CD105 in the highly differentiated patients was lower than that in the poorly differentiated patients(P<0.05),and the expression level of TSP-1 in the highly differentiated patients was higher than that in the poorly differentiated patients(P<0.05).The expression of CD105 was positively correlated with the pathological grade of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,and it was negatively correlated with the differentiation degree(P<0.05);the expression of TSP-1 was negatively correlated with the pathological grade of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,and it was positively correlated with the differentiation degree(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD105 and TSP-1 is related to the pathological grade and differentiation degree of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,which may be involved in the development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
