低浓度阿托品滴眼液联合角膜塑形镜夜间佩戴治疗屈光度-0.50^-2.00 D近视青少年的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨低浓度阿托品滴眼液联合角膜塑形镜夜间佩戴治疗屈光度-0.50^-2.00 D近视青少年的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的120例-0.50^-2.00 D近视青少年,依照不同治疗方案分为常规组(60例,夜间佩戴角膜塑形镜)和研究组(60例,低浓度阿托品滴眼液+夜间佩戴角膜塑形镜)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6、9个月后,研究组的眼轴长度短于常规组,瞳孔直径长于常规组,角膜Q值低于常规组,视力水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗3、6、9个月后,两组的角膜内皮细胞数量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论低浓度阿托品滴眼液联合角膜塑形镜夜间佩戴治疗屈光度-0.50^-2.00 D近视青少年的临床效果显著,可控制眼轴增长,降低角膜Q值,有效改善青少年视力,且对角膜代谢无显著影响,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of low concentration atropine eye drops combined with orthokeratology lens wearing at night on myopia adolescents with diopter of-0.50^-2.00 D.Methods A total of 120 cases of myopia adolescents with diopter of-0.50^-2.00 D treated in our hospital were selected and divided into conventional group(60 cases,orthokeratology lens wearing at night)and study group(60 cases,low concentration atropine eye drops+orthokeratology lens wearing at night)according to different treatment schemes.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 3,6 and 9 months of treatment,the axial length of the study group were shorter than those of the conventional group,the pupil diameter were longer than those of the conventional group,the corneal Q value were lower than those of the conventional group,and the visual acuity level were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of corneal endothelial cells between the two groups before treatment and after 3,6 and 9 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Low concentration atropine eye drops combined with orthokeratology lens wearing at night for myopia adolescents with diopter of-0.50^-2.00 D has a significant clinical effect,which can control the growth of eye axis,reduce the corneal Q value,effectively improve the vision of adolescents,and has no significant impact on corneal metabolism with high safety.
