安脑丸联合奥氮平治疗脑梗死后焦虑抑郁患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨安脑丸联合奥氮平(OL)治疗脑梗死(CI)后焦虑抑郁患者临床疗效。方法我院收治的CI后焦虑抑郁患者90例,利用简单随机抽样法分为OL组和联合组各45例。OL组在常规治疗基础上给予OL口服,联合组在OL组基础上联合安脑丸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率高于OL组;简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、生活自理能力评分均高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表各项评分低于OL组(P<0.05)。结论安脑丸联合OL治疗脑梗死后焦虑抑郁效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Annao pills combined with olanzapine(OL)in the treatment of patients with anxiety and depression after cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control or treatment group by simple random sampling method,45 in each group.The control group was treated with OL on basis of routine treatment while the treatment group was treated with Annao pills on basis of control group.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of self-care ability(Barthel)and simplified fugl-meyer motor assessment(FMA)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Annao pills combined with olanzapine is good in the treatment of anxiety and depression after cerebral infarction.
