重庆市涪陵区8~10岁留守儿童的口腔保健习惯及口腔健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市涪陵区8~10岁留守儿童的口腔健康状况,分析其患龋病的影响因素。方法选取重庆市涪陵区8~10岁留守儿童及非留守儿童各240例进行口腔健康状况检查及问卷,比较两组儿童患龋情况,分析留守儿童的口腔健康状况及患龋病影响因素。结果留守儿童组牙石检出率、龋均和患龋率均高于非留守组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间龋病的发病、性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在甜食和零食习惯、儿童刷牙次数、方法、时间和漱口习惯等方面,留守儿童中患龋病与未患龋病组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同龄留守儿童的口腔健康状况应引起基层医务工作者的重视,这类儿童群体饮食习惯不正确,口腔保健意识差,应该加强对留守儿童开展口腔卫生防控工作。Objective To understand the oral health status of stay-at-home children with 8-10 year old in Fuling District,Chongqing,and to analyze the risk factors.Methods We selected 240 stay-at-home and non-stay-at-home children with 8~10 years old for oral health examination and questionnaire in Fuling District,Chongqing.The caries status of the two groups was compared,and the oral health status and caries risk factors of stay-at-home children were analyzed.Results The detection rate of dental calculus,DMFT and caries prevalence rate in the stay-at-home group were higher than those in the non-stay-at-home group(P<0.05).Single factor analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of caries and gender distribution between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there was a significant difference in the sweets and snack habits,brushing times,methods and time,and gargle habits between stay-at-home children with and without caries(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral health status of the stay-at-home children with the same age should be paid attention by grassroots medical workers.The risk factors of dental caries include care incorrect diet habits and poor awareness of oral health.Therefore,prevention and control of oral health for the stay-at-home children should be strengthened.
