价值累加理论视角下的恐怖主义发生机制研究——以中亚国家为案例

摘　　要：伴随全球化的日益加深,学界将恐怖主义研究视野扩展到政治变革、社会发展、经济兴衰等领域。恐怖主义可被视为全球化和现代化进程中的特殊逆向潮流,而成为复杂社会系统中的一部分。研究恐怖主义,可以把个体和组织两个实施主体的激进化作为切入点,提供新的结构化研究视角,从而找到恐怖主义和社会运动的交叉点。价值累加理论作为社会运动中的一个重要流派,认为社会运动的发生在于结构性诱因、结构性紧张、一般化信念、触发性事件、有效的动员、社会控制能力下降六个因素顺序叠加而成。在中亚地区,恐怖主义的发生植根于独特的历史背景、政治经济环境和社会结构特征,价值累加理论为分析恐怖主义成因提出了全新的解释框架和理论视角。With the deepening of globalization,the academic community has extended the field of terrorism research to the fields of political change,social development,economic rise and fall,etc.Terrorism can be seen as a special reverse tide in the process of globalization and modernization,becoming a part of complex social system.Taking the radicalization of the individuals and organizational actors in terrorism as an entry point,it provides a new structured perspective to find the intersection of terrorism and social movement.The value-added theory,as an important part of social movement,believes that the occurrence of social movements consists of six factors:structural incentives,structural tensions,generalized beliefs,triggering events,effective mobilization,and decline in social control ability.The occurrence of terrorism in Central Asia is deeply rooted in its unique historical background,political and economic environment,and social structural characteristics.The value-added theory provides a new explanation framework and theoretical perspective for analyzing the causes of terrorism.
