摘  要:为研究过充对真空直流强迫过零开断的影响,基于永磁–斥力混合式快速机构和转移强迫过零开断方法,在合成回路试验系统中进行了真空小电流直流开断试验。通过搭建隔离式弧后电流测量装置及介质恢复强度测量装置,研究了过充条件下的截流电流、弧后电流及弧后介质恢复强度,得到了过充电压与前述3者之间的影响关系。研究结果表明:截流电流、弧后电流以及弧后介质恢复强度均随过充电压增大,换流频率对截流值和弧后电流的影响大于过充电压的影响,起主导作用。过充电压达到一定值后,出现第一过零点开断失败现象,在该文试验条件下,过充电压应控制在可开断成功的临界换流电容电压的4倍以内。In order to investigate the influence of the overcharge on the vacuum direct current(DC)forced current-zero interruption,based on the permanent-repulsion high speed hybrid actuator and forced current-zero interruption method,a series of DC interrupting experiments were carried out in a synthetic test circuit.With the established devices for the measurement of post arc current and dielectric recovery strength,chopping current,post arc current and dielectric recovery strength were investigated under the condition of overcharge,and the relationships among the three parameters and overcharge were obtained.The results indicate that the chopping current,post arc current and dielectric recovery strength all increase with the overcharge voltage.The influence of the commutation frequency on the chopping current and post arc current is dominant,which is superior to the influence of the overcharge voltage.In addition,the interruption fails at the first current zero,when the overcharge voltage exceeds a certain value.Under the conditions in this paper,the overcharge voltage of the commutation capacitor should be controlled within four times of the critical commutation capacitor voltage that can enable the interruption successfully.
