摘 要:针对洪水涨落影响下水位流量关系整编常用方法存在的不足,分析了当前不同的洪水涨落影响水位流量关系整编研究方法的优缺点,基于洪水涨落影响下水位流量关系,推导出了同水位条件下用涨水和落水两个不稳定流流量表示稳定流流量的公式、用涨水和落水时两个不稳定流比降表示稳定流比降的公式及用涨水和落水两个不稳定流的附加比降表示稳定流比降的公式,并以推导出的公式为基础,改进了已有的洪水涨落影响下水位流量关系整编的校正因素法,改进后的方法理论性强、原理简单、计算方便,为工程实践提供了一种新途径。Aiming at the shortcomings of the common handling methods of stage and discharge relation affected by flood rise and fall,the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for handling the stage and discharge relationship are analyzed.According to stage and discharge relation affected by flood rise and fall,derive under the same water level,a formula expressing relationship between the two discharges of the unstable discharges and the discharge of stable discharge was derived by discharge at the flood rise and fall.A formula expressing relationship between two gradient of the unstable flow and the gradient of the unstable discharge was derived by unstable discharge gradient at the flood rise and fall;A formula expressing relationship between two additional gradient of the unstable flow and the gradient of the stable discharge was derived.Based on the derived formulae,an improvement is made on the existing correction factor method of stage and discharge relation affected by flood rise and fall.The improved method has the characteristics of strong theory,simple principle and convenient calculation,which provides a new way for engineering practice.
