摘　　要：高等工科院校机械专业的毕业设计是实践性及综合性人才培养的重要教学内容,其目的是培养学生灵活运用所学理论知识与实践技能,提高独立分析、解决工程技术问题的能力,在检验人才培养效果中具有不可替代的作用。学生毕业设计的质量不仅能够直接反映四年本科生涯中的学习效果,而且也能间接反映出教师的指导能力。由于入职初期的青年教师缺乏实践教学经验,导致所指导学生的毕业设计存在诸多问题,影响学生毕业设计的质量。因此,研究如何提高机械专业青年教师指导学生毕业设计能力的途径,是本专业教学研究中的一个重要课题。The graduation design is one of the important teaching contents in practical and comprehensive talents cultivation for mechanical major of engineering colleges.Its purpose is to train students to flexibly adopt the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to solve the practical engineering problems independently.It plays an irreplaceable role in testing the effect of talents cultivation.The quality of students'graduation design can not only reflect the learning results of undergraduate course,but also reflect the teachers’guidance ability.Due to the lack of practical teaching experiences of young teachers,there are many problems in the graduation design of the students they are guiding.So,it is very important to study how to improve the ability of young mechanical teachers for guiding the graduation design.
