微时代背景下高校辅导员工作面临的机遇与挑战研究

摘　　要：在信息化技术高速发展背景下,衍生出了许多移动端软件,例如:微信、QQ、微博等,这些软件在为人们日常生活提供便利的同时,还对整体工作质量带来了更大影响,对于学生带来的影响更是不言而喻。因此,本文结合当下实际,首先对微时代具体内容进行阐述,其次,对微时代背景下高校辅导员工作带来的挑战进行分析,在此基础上,找寻微时代背景下高校辅导员工作带来的机遇,以求能够为当前高校辅导员具体工作进行指导。Under the background of the rapid development of information technology,many mobile terminal software,such as wechat,QQ,microblog,etc.,have been derived.These software not only provide convenience for people's daily life,but also have a greater impact on the overall quality of work,and the impact on students is self-evident.Therefore,combined with the current reality,this paper first expounds the specific content of the micro era.Secondly,it analyzes the challenges brought by the work of college counselors under the background of the micro era.On this basis,it looks for the opportunities brought by the work of college counselors under the background of micro era,so as to guide the specific work of college counselors.
