摘　　要：[目的]阐述分析近代名医魏长春践行"大医精诚"的事迹。[方法]通过研读魏长春遗著《魏氏失治案记实录》,分析其中的52则医案得失,结合魏氏个人经历,从医技、医德两方面探讨其实践"大医精诚"的高尚形象。[结果]魏氏幼萌悬壶之志,勤于磨砺医术,早期对急症研究深入。纵览详实记录的52则医案,魏氏四诊合参,尤精脉学;面对棘手病证,大胆严谨,依证选方。同时,厚其医德以载其术,无论病情严重几何,魏氏均一视同仁,尽医者之责任。失治案以救治无效收尾,难彰功效,但魏氏仍将所感所悟付梓刊出,以助医道。此书既体现治学之精,又彰显治心之诚。[结论]《魏氏失治案记实录》是魏氏一生躬行仁诚之缩影,大医精诚之形象跃然纸上,可见魏氏是弘扬优秀医德文化的楷模,有待于进一步挖掘并学习之、践行之。[Objective]To elaborate and analyze the deeds of the medical ethics of"great doctor’s sincerity"practiced by modern famous doctor WEI Changchun.[Methods]Through studying"Records of WEI’s Incurable Cases",analyzing the 52 medical cases’gains and losses,combined with WEI’s personal stories,the noble image of practicing"great doctor’s sincerity"was explored from two aspects of medical technology and medical ethics.[Results]When WEI was a child,he hoped that he could heal the wound and rescue the dying in the future.WEI was diligent in improving his medical skills and made in-depth research on acute diseases in the early stage of medical practice.Through the 52 medical cases recorded in detail,WEI relied on four diagnostic methods,especially pulse diagnosis.In the face of intractable disease,WEI was bold and rigorous,and chose the prescription according to the syndrome.Meanwhile,WEI promoted his medical ethics to support his skills.No matter how serious the illness was,WEI treated all patients equally and fulfilled the responsibilities of doctors.Although the incurable cases ended with ineffective treatment,it was difficult to show the efficacy,WEI still published his feelings and understanding in the press,to benefit medical career.This book not only embodies the essence of learning,but also shows the sincerity of mind.[Conclusion]"Records of WEI’s Incurable Cases"is a miniature of WEI’s benevolence and sincerity,vividly reveal ing the image of the great doctor.It can be seen that WEI is a model to carry forward the excellent medical ethics culture.
