摘 要:测定了不同含水量(6.17%~1.52%)的党参种子在-4℃、0℃、4℃和常温条件下贮藏24个月后活力指标、抗氧化酶活性与相对电导率的变化,研究温度和含水量对贮藏期间种子活力的影响。结果表明,经过4^-4℃低温和常温贮藏后,党参种子活力呈不同程度降低,含水量低的种子活力下降缓慢。常温贮藏24个月后,含水量在3.36%~1.52%区间的种子仍保持较高的活力,发芽率、发芽势分别维持在90%和60%左右。在4^-4℃低温下贮藏24个月后,含水量6.17%~1.52%的种子活力均维持在较高水平,但以5.13%~1.52%含水量的种子活力更高。贮藏24个月期间,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与种子活力的变化呈基本一致的趋势,但相对电导率与种子活力并不相关。本试验结果表明,党参种子在超干条件下常温贮藏,至少可在2年内保持良好的活力,最适含水量为3.36%~1.52%。In this paper,the relative vigor index(RVI),antioxidant enzyme activity and relative conductivity of Codonopsis pilosula seeds with different water content(6.17%—1.52%)were measured at-4℃,0℃,4℃and room temperature for 24 months after storage,and the effects of temperature and water content on seed activity during storage were also studied.The results showed that after storage at 4—-4℃and room temperature,the seed vigor of C.pilosula decreased in different degrees,and the vigor of seed with low water content decreased slowly.After stored at room temperature for 24 months,the seeds with water content between 3.36%and 1.52%still maintained high seed vigor,and the germination rate and germination potential remained at about 90%and 60%respectively.After 24 months of storage at 4—-4℃,the vigor of the seeds with 6.17%—1.52%%water content remained at a high level,but that of 5.13%—1.52%water content was much higher.During 24 months of storage,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)was basically consistent with the change of seed vigor,but the relative conductivity was not related to the seed vigor.The results showed that C.pilosula seeds stored at room temperature under ultra-dry conditions could maintain good vitality for at least 2 years,and the optimal water content of the seeds was 3.36%—1.52%.
