摘  要:在企业调研中笔者发现高职院校毕业生存在“五个不强”,长此以往不利于学生可持续发展,亟需解决.“XLP极限学习”在“双导师”指导下,运用“七位一体”为核心的人才培养创新模式、采用“六化”解决教学问题.经过多年的实践与探索,提升了学生的综合能力,取得了明显的效果.In the enterprise investigation and research,the author has found that the graduates of higher vocational colleges have“Five Weaknesses”,and this is unfavorable to the sustainable develop-ment of students,so it is urgently needed to be solved.According to XLP,under the guide of“double tu-tors”,the talent cultivation innovation model with“Seven in One”as the core is adopted,and“Six-O-rientation Method”is taken to solve the teaching problems.After years of practice and exploration,the students’comprehensive abilities have been promoted,and also significant results have been obtained.
