摘　　要：对中药个体化给药口服固体制剂剂型的选择与制备方法进行初步探讨,参考现代文献报道和2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》,综合临床治疗需求、中药特性、处方剂量、用药人群及临床疗效等原则,选择满足临床治疗和患者需求的固体剂型,并对中药现代固体制剂(丸剂、颗粒、胶囊、片剂和散剂)的制备方法及存在的问题进行初步探讨,为开展中药个体化给药口服固体制剂加工服务提供借鉴,使中医药能够更好地为人类健康服务。To study the selection and preparation of oral solid dosage forms for individualized Chinese medicine, referring to the modern literature reports and the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the needs of clinical treatment, characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine, dosage of the prescription, population using the drug and clinical efficacy were used to determine the dosage forms. The preparation of oral solid dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine, such as pills, granules, capsules, tablets and powders were presented, and the problems existing in the personalized oral solid drug form of traditional Chinese medicines were also discussed. It will promote the smooth development of personalized oral solid drug form of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide better service of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy for human health.
