摘  要:传统激光加工技术存在加工后的零件有热影响区、表面熔融重凝现象,影响加工质量,因此透镜振动辅助激光加工技术常作为一种改进的加工方法被研究。根据激光焦点处能量分布情况,通过仿真确定了影响激光焦点处能量分布的敏感方向为激光传播方向,从理论分析了透镜振动辅助激光加工和传统激光加工的加工区域及加工后表面形状不同的原因,最后根据理论设计的振动透镜辅助激光加工系统对不锈钢材料进行了钻孔加工实验,验证了理论分析。In traditional laser machining,the processed parts have heat-affected zone and surface melting-recoagulation phenomenon,which affects machining quality.Therefore,vibrating-lens assisted laser machining technology is usually studied as an improved processing method.According to the energy distribution at the laser focal point,the sensitive direction that affects the energy distribution at the laser focal point was comfirmed as the laser propagation direction by simulation,and the reason for difference between processing area and the surface shape of the vibrating-lens assisted laser machining and traditional laser machining was studied by theoretically analysis.Finally,the stainless steel material was drilled by the two machining system designed according to the analysis,which verified the aboved conclusion.
