摘  要:为了提高马铃薯闽薯1号的种薯质量,以满足市场的需求,开展马铃薯闽薯1号脱毒试验。结果表明,外植体表面灭菌氯化汞体积浓度为0.1%、消毒时间为8 min的消毒效果好,外植体成活率达90.5%;剥取闽薯1号茎尖,在MS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基中培养30 d,形成闽薯1号试管苗,试管苗通过变温热处理培养21 d,使部分病毒钝化死亡,之后将试管苗剥取大小1 mm茎尖进行培养,经检测不带病毒,对脱毒苗进行快速繁殖。脱毒苗快繁的较佳培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0.10 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L。In order to improve the seed tuber quality of potato Minshu 1 and meet the market demand,the experiment of potato Minshu 1 virus-free was conducted.The results showed that the disinfection effect was good when the concentration of mercury chloride was 0.1%and the disinfection time was 8 min,and the survival rate of the explants was 90.5%.The stem tip of Minshu 1 was peeled off and cultured in MS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L for 30 days to form the tube seedling.The tube seedling was incubated for 21 days with heat treatment whose temperature was changed,and some viruses were inactivated and died.After that,the stem tip of the tube seedling was cultured with the size of 1 mm.After detection,the tube seedling was rapidly propagated without viruses.The optimal medium formula for rapid propagation of virus-free seedlings was MS+6-BA 0.10 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L.
