盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片在帕金森病中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究对帕金森病患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于本院接受治疗的79例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用司来吉兰片治疗,观察组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗。观察并比较两组治疗前后帕金森病量表评分以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组帕金森病量表评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(7.50%)与对照组(12.82%)比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病患者能够有效帮助患者改善病情,安全性较高,联合用药方案整体应用效果突出,具有重要的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegiline tablets in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods 79 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with selegiline tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegiline tablets.The scores of Parkinson's disease scale before and after treatment were recorded,and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Parkinson's disease score between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.50%)and the control group(12.82%).Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegiline tablets can effectively help patients improve their condition in the course of treatment for Parkinson's disease,and the drug application has good safety.The overall application effect of the combined drug regimen is outstanding,and it has excellent clinical recommendation value.
