低温等离子治疗成人喉乳头状瘤的观察及临床评价

摘　　要：目的探究低温等离子治疗成人喉乳头状瘤的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年6月至2019年6月收治的82例成人喉乳头状瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组实施瘤体钳除术,观察组实施低温等离子射频术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、治愈及复发率及术后并发症。结果观察组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子治疗成人喉乳头状瘤的效果较好,可改善手术指标,且不增加术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hypothermia plasma in the treatment of laryngeal papilloma in adults.Methods 82 adult patients with laryngeal papilloma treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent tumor clamping and patients in the observation group underwent low-temperature plasma radiofrequency.Operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,cure and recurrence rate,postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group.The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma treatment of adult laryngeal papilloma has a better effect,can improve the surgical index,and does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
