玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果及SAI水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果及对表面非对称性指数(SAI)的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月本院收治的120例干眼症患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、SRI与SAI、临床症状消失时间及泪液分泌量恢复正常时间。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组SRI、SAI指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者症状消失、泪液分泌量恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症,能缩短患者症状消失时间和泪液分泌量恢复正常时间,有效降低SRI、SAI指数,提高患者临床效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Besuvshu eye drops in the treatment of dry eye and its influence on surface asymmetric index(SAI)level.Methods 120 patients with xerophthalmia admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the study group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Besutrin eye drops.The clinical effect,SRI,SAI levels,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the time of return of tear secretion to normal were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SRI and SAI indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptoms disappeared and the recovery time of tear secretion in the study group were shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Besueshu eye drops in the treatment of dry eye can shorten the time for the disappearance of symptoms and the time for the return of tear secretion to normal,effectively reduce SRI and SAI index,and effectively improve the clinical effect of patients,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
