摘　　要：铁皮石斛为食药两用植物。本文对铁皮石斛养生面条及其投料用的铁皮石斛鲜条进行了抽样并对其重金属、黄曲霉毒素和养生指标成分甘露糖的含量测定等内容进行了初步研究,旨在为铁皮石斛养生面条的安全食用、生产、制定质量标准等提供依据。Dendrobium candidum is a kind of food and medicine.In this paper,the samples of Dendrobium candidum health noodles and their fresh strips were sampled and the contents of heavy metals,aflatoxin and the content of mannose were preliminarily studied in order to provide the basis for safe eating,production and quality standard of Dendrobium candidum health noodles.
