摘 要:新时代下,零售核心组合三要素人、货、场被重构,现代超市亟需以消费者体验为中心,通过大数据、人工智能等技术手段,对商品的生产、流通与销售过程进行改造提升。生鲜消费保障民生,如何改造提升生鲜供应链成为现代超市改造提升的突破口。本文通过研究现代超市人、货、场三要素的重构关系,从供应链的两端即生鲜产品的生产者及消费者入手,探索现代超市生鲜供应链提升改造方案,通过“三化”,即数字化、平台化、品牌化改造,探索推动现代零售改善升级的路径,更好地发挥现代零售引导生产、促进消费和保障民生的作用。In the new era,the retail core combination of three elements,namely people,goods and market,has been reconstructed.In order to improve the competitiveness of modern supermarkets,it is urgent to take consumer experience as the center and upgrade and transform the production,circulation and sales process of commodities by using big data,artificial intelligence and other advanced technological means.As the proportion of fresh food is becoming more and more important in modern supermarkets,how to improve the fresh food supply chain has become a breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading of modern supermarkets.By studying the reconstruction relationship of the three elements of people,goods and market in modern supermarkets,this paper starts with the producers and consumers of fresh products at both ends of the supply chain to explore the improvement and transformation scheme of fresh supply chain in modern supermarkets.Through"three changes",namely digitalization,platform and brand guidance,based on digitalization,improve customer experience as the center,cultivate supply chain platform and brand,explore the path to promote the improvement and upgrading of wholesale and retail industry,and better play the role of modern retail industry in guiding production,promoting consumption and ensuring people's livelihood.
