螺旋CT在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究螺旋CT在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月葫芦岛市中心医院收治的70例疑似急性阑尾炎受检者,均对其进行螺旋CT检查,与病理学检查结果比较,观察螺旋CT的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确度与诊断符合率。结果螺旋CT诊断敏感度为89.80%、特异度为85.71%,准确度为88.57%;70例疑似急性阑尾炎受检者,经螺旋CT确诊49例,经病理学检查确诊53例,螺旋CT诊断符合率为92.45%。结论螺旋CT在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值较高,诊断准确度较高,有利于医师依据检查结果及时予以治疗干预,减轻受检者的痛苦,减少疾病对受检者生命安全的威胁。Objective To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods From January 2018 to November 2019,70 patients with suspected acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital in Huludao Central Hospital were selected for spiral CT examination.Compared with the pathological examination results,the diagnosis of spiral CT was sensitive degree,specifi city,accuracy and diagnosis coincidence rate.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of spiral CT was 89.80%,the specificity was 85.71%,and the accuracy was 88.57%.Among 70 patients with suspected acute appendicitis,49 were diagnosed by spiral CT,53 were confi rmed by pathological examination,and the coincidence rate of spiral CT diagnosis 92.45%.Conclusion Spiral CT has a high application value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,and the diagnosis accuracy is high.It is helpful for doctors to provide timely treatment and intervention based on the examination results,reduce the suff ering of the subject,and reduce the threat of the disease to the life safety of the subject.
