摘　　要：主诊医师负责制是一种新型医疗服务模式,是由各个主诊组全面负责患者医疗等工作。传统的三级医师查房制度,由科主任负责,存在诸多弊端。为提升医疗服务质量,医院对主诊医师负责制进行了积极探索,明确各级医师的职责,调动各级医师的工作积极性。通过授权赋能激活团队每个成员的工作积极性,有利于减少医疗纠纷,提高医疗质量和运营效益,加强医务人员与患者的沟通。The attending physician responsibility system is a new type of medical service mode,in which the attending physician team is fully responsible for the care of their patients.In the traditional three-level doctor ward rounding system,the director of the department is responsible for the care of patients,and there are many disadvantages.In order to improve the quality of medical services,the hospital made active exploration into the attending physician responsibility system,clarifying the responsibilities of the physicians of different levels and motivating them.Authorization and empowerment motivated every member in the medical team,reduced medical disputes,improved quality of care and operation benefits,and strengthened the communication between medical staff and patients.
