摘  要:目的探讨三位一体情景式教学法在临床教学中的应用及效果。方法选取吉林大学第一医院小儿神经科临床实习学员,随机分成A、B、C三组,每组20人,分别采用传统教学法、PBL教学法及三位一体情景式教学法进行临床实践教学。2个月学习任务结束后,三组学员均进行相同的考试评估及问卷调查。结果C组学员的理论考试成绩明显优于A组(p<0.05),且C组平均成绩高于B组。C组学员的临床技能考核成绩明显优于A组、B组(p<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,C组的95%(19/20)学员认为三位一体情景式教学法在提高学习兴趣和能力等方面较传统教学法有优势。结论三位一体的情景式教学为小儿神经科临床实习学员提供了新型教学法,在提高教学水平的同时重视医患沟通及人文教育,有利于改进临床实习教学效果。Objective To explore the application and effect of trinity situational teaching method in clinical teaching.Methods The pediatric neurology intern students of The First Bethune Hospital of Jilin University were included and randomly divided into three groups:the traditional teaching method group(A,n=20),PBL teaching method group(B,n=20),and trinity situational teaching method group(C,n=20).After the two-month study,the same examination evaluation and questionnaire survey were conducted for all three groups of students.Results The theoretical test scores of group C students were significantly better than group A(p<0.05),and the average score of group C was higher than that of group B.The clinical skill assessment results of the students in group C were significantly better than those in groups A and B(p<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 95%(19/20)of the students in group C believed that trinity situational teaching method had advantages over traditional teaching method in improving learning interest and ability.Conclusion Trinity situational teaching method provides a new teaching mode for pediatric neurology intern students.While improving the teaching level,it attaches importance to doctor-patient communication and humanistic education,which is conducive to promoting clinical practice teaching reform in pediatric neurology and other disciplines.
