摘　　要：目的了解山西省学生营养现状,筛查学生超重、肥胖、消瘦、生长迟缓,评价学生群体的健康、成长和发展状况,为营养教育和干预提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,于2019年9月在山西省11个市22个区县抽取不同学龄段的学生进行体格测量与问卷调查,对学生营养状况进行比较分析。结果调查学生46874人,超重率为15.55%,肥胖率为13.10%,轻度消瘦率为3.25%,中重度消瘦率为1.88%,生长迟缓率为0.41%。男生超重率(17.55%)和肥胖率(16.29%)均高于女生(13.61%、9.99%)(P<0.01);男生轻度消瘦率(3.97%)和中重度消瘦率(2.02%)高于女生(2.56%、1.73%)(P<0.01);经济发展水平处于中区超重率高(15.64%),处于好区肥胖率高(15.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);普通高中超重率(17.40%)高于其他学段、小学肥胖率(16.16%)高于其他学段(P<0.01);职业高中轻度消瘦率(4.49%)和中重度消瘦率(3.13%)均高于其他学段学生(P<0.01);职业高中生长迟缓率(0.82%)高于其他学段学生(P<0.01)。结论山西省学生的营养状况不容乐观,肥胖和营养不良并存。Objective To understand the current situation of student nutrition in Shanxi province,screening students for overweight,obesity,emaciation,and growth retardation prevalence,and assess the health,growth and development of the student population,so as to provide the basis for nutrition education and intervention.Methods In September 2019,students of different school ages were selected from 22 districts and counties in 11 cities of Shanxi province by stratified random cluster sampling,and their nutritional status was compared and analyzed.Results The overweight rate of students in Shanxi province was 15.5%,the obesity rate was 13.1%,the rate of mild emaciation was 3.3%,the rate of moderate to severe emaciation was 1.9%,the growth retardation rate was 0.4%,the boy’s overweight(17.55%)and obesity rates(16.29%)were higher than girls’(13.61%,9.99%)(P<0.01).The rates of mild(3.97%)and moderate emaciation(2.02%)in boys were higher than those in girls(2.56%,1.73%)(P<0.01).The middle economic development region had a high overweight rate(15.64%),while obesity rate was high in economic development region(15.76%)(P<0.01).The overweight rate in ordinary high schools(17.40%)was higher than that in other schools,obesity rate was higher in primary schools(16.16%)than in other schools(P<0.01),the rate of mild(4.49%)and moderate(3.13%)emaciation in vocational high schools was higher than those in other grades(P<0.01),the growth retardation rate of vocational high school students(0.82%)was higher than that of other students(P<0.01).Conclusion The nutritional status of students in Shanxi province is not optimistic,and obesity and malnutrition coexist.
