摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种病因不明的非特异性慢性肠道炎性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病。肠外表现在IBD中较为常见,但临床医生对IBD相关的肌肉损害了解不足,当患者以肌肉损害为首发表现时容易被误诊漏诊。本文就IBD相关肌肉损害发生的机制及研究现状和进展进行综述,以提高临床医生认识及诊治水平。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),which includes ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn′s disease(CD),is a nonspecific chronic intestinal inflammatory disease of unknown etiology.Extraintestinal manifestations are relatively common in IBD.Due to the insufficient understanding of IBD-related muscle lesions,patients are easily misdiagnosed or neglected by clinicians.In this review,we discuss the mechanism,research status and progress of IBD-related muscle lesions,in order to provide a better understanding of the diagnosis and treatment for the clinicians.
